Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policies

1. Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
• Carrier Liability: NRG BioLabs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier errors, or high-volume seasonal periods.
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

2. Missing & Damaged Packages

• Marked as Delivered: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) immediately.
• Missing Claims: To initiate a claim for a missing shipment, you must contact support@nrgbiolabs.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
• Damaged Goods: If a vial arrives compromised, please email us a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and our commitment to maintaining a strictly controlled chain of custody:

• 30-Day Window: All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Research Integrity: Because we cannot verify storage conditions once a product has left our facility, opened or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be modified or canceled within one hour of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed or stopped.

5. Research Use Only Disclaimer

• Strict Use: All products sold by NRG BioLabs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
• Not for Human Consumption: Under no circumstances are these products to be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to, in vitro diagnostic purposes, in foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals.
• Buyer Responsibility: By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges the risks and agrees to handle products in accordance with all safety and legal regulations.
